  1. Thanks so much for all your information. We visited 15 years ago and hiked extensively around Murren and Interlocken. This time not hiking mountains as I am not longer able. We will play some golf, take some easier walks and just explore. We are staying in Zermatt two nights and plan to take the train up to Gornergrat and explore a bit. After that to Lucerne where we will use that as a base and explore outwards to other areas by train so we don’t have to haul our things about.

Any great train rides for views that you know of?

    • Hi Mary,

It’s been a long time since I was there for the last time. You’ll have to ask the locals about the best train rides.

Let me know how it was!

      Sincerely,

      Brian
